All financial transactions on ph1999 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). ph1999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on ph1999 is ₱100. Deposits are processed through supported Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. ph1999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph1999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph1999 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph1999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph1999 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph1999 account may do so by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Nothing in this section shall prevent ph1999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
